You must be at least the age of majority in your region to use this website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. Any activity through your account is your responsibility.

When you place an order with us, it is considered final. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Please double-check your order details before confirming.

We strive to ensure all product details and visuals are accurate. However, slight variations in color or finish may occur due to screen displays or production nuances. All product availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

We do not offer returns or refunds. All purchases are final sale. However, we offer a 7-day exchange policy in case of damage or manufacturing defects.

• To be eligible for exchange, you must notify us at support@sam3dlabs.in within 7 days of receiving the item.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned at the customer's cost.
• Exchanges will only be processed after inspection and confirmation of the issue.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days after confirmation. Shipping is free across India. For international orders, charges vary and will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

We accept custom design requests. Please contact us for more information. Custom products are not eligible for exchange.

🛡️ Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers only:

• Manufacturing defects
• Electrical failure under normal usage conditions

The warranty does NOT cover:

• Physical damage, burns, or breakage
• Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
• Damage caused by power surges, water exposure, or external factors

🗓️ Warranty Period

The warranty period shall be calculated from the date of manufacturing, not from the date of purchase or delivery.

📝 Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:

• Provide valid proof of purchase (invoice / order ID)
• Share clear images/videos of the defect (if requested)
• Ship the defective product to the provided address after approval
• The customer is responsible for both-way shipping charges (sending the defective product and receiving the replacement/repaired unit)

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in FIROZABAD, Tundla, India.
