Delivery & Tracking
01. What is your typical dispatch time?
We swiftly process and dispatch all orders directly from our Meerut facility within 1 to 2 business days, ensuring rapid delivery to any location across India.
02. How can I monitor my shipment?
The moment your package leaves our lab, we will instantly email you a secure tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.
03. Do you deliver outside of India?
At present, our logistics are focused entirely on domestic deliveries within India. We do not support international shipments yet.
Fabrication & Quality
01. Which filaments are utilized in your prints?
We primarily utilize premium PLA+ (a sustainable thermoplastic) along with PETG for our standard production. Depending on specific client demands, we also offer fabrication using ABS, TPU, Nylon, and Polycarbonate.
02. How strong are the final printed items?
Absolutely. Our components are expertly engineered with optimized infill densities and robust wall thicknesses, rendering them highly durable for regular, long-term use.
03. Is personalized 3D modeling available?
Yes, we specialize in bespoke projects ranging from unique household decors to extensive bulk orders for corporate events. Feel free to connect with our operations team with your CAD/STL files for a customized estimate.

02. Is Cash on Delivery an option?
Yes, we are happy to offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) facility for a curated selection of our standard products, allowing you to pay once the item arrives.
